Photos Going Up The Stairs

My sister-in-law Jodi has photos going up the stairs in her home, and I really love that.

I have never been the type to display photos in my house of my family and friends, but maybe it's a good idea...remember those who care a little.

Kate Madison French Country Farm Table

I covet this, but it's a bit expenseive for my budget right now...do I wait, and buy what I really want? Try to have it made? Such a really big dilemma ;) I also like the round table as well...

Buffets from Ikea - I like this

I could paint the brown one white or lt. grey...and put better pulls on it...hmmm...the other idea I had was to get a low buffet, and then put shelves above it with shelf separators from Anthropologie.

I like these Delfina Jars from Crate & Barrel. I'm not sure what I'd put in them -- they are possibly a little too decorative...but they are very pretty.

Tin Signs

I found a company at Anthropologie that makes tin signs made by Mummert.

I would love one that says, "Cafe," and the below, "Washroom."

Anthropologie is Wondrous

Usually I'm not a big fan of chain stores, but Anthropologie rocks my world. I get really excited in there...not for their clothes, but for their expensive home goods.

I made a list of what I really love:
1. French tile coaster for $3.95 to use some as tiles for the bottom of the door
2. Green-ish glasses that say milk
3. I Godinger & Co. - Tribeca - large pitcher for flowers
4. Hooks that are white or yellow for kitchen for aprons, measuring cups, etc.
5. Tin signs - cafe
6. Latte cups in pink, yellow, white, and a giant latte cup in yellow
7. Hooks for walls - all different ones, and glass knobs for new console
8. Napkins - yellow
9. Yellow and aqua biscuit cups
10. Typhoon bread box
11. Blue & white plants for plate holder

13. Red outdoor mat $48.00
14. Cake plate
15. Glass candle sticks.

Now I feel like a complete glutton...

I like the idea of table clothes on table - to change up the color. Maybe a white linen one,a floral one, and a good-ole French table cloth. The first pic. is from Homes and Gardens, and the others are from French General in LA - I can't wait to see their linens...

Perfect for the Dining Room!

This "ondine console" from The French House (http://www.thefrenchhouse.net/) - a UK store that only ships in the UK, would be so perfect in my dining room. It would be great for displaying the cake pedestals. I also really dig the color of the console. I love grey colors in the French country style.

I found this store online in Los Angeles called "Maison Midi." I can't wait to visit. Some items I particularly love are the cream French Dinnerware set, Fleur de Lys Carafe and bistro chairs.

I Loved "Vintageweave Interiors"

I went to Vintageweave Interiors last week, and I really loved it. It may be a little too expensive for me to buy my furniture there, but there were tons of fun & girly accessories that I loved...ahh childhood revisited. I really loved the cake plates in pink, yellow and blue. It was very French Country, and owner reminded me that I can paint anything. This is a very accessible look with a little work and creativity. Need to buy paints!!! Goal one! Antique white, yellow, pink, blue and maybe a sage, and gray! I particularly love gray and white. There is a part of me that loves the all-white look, although it looks like someone has died and they are "covering up the mansion," I still like it. Images from Vintageweave Interiors:
