Doe in San Francisco and Fuzzy Town!

Went to the lovely shop Doe on San Francisco's Haight Street. I stumbled across it, and remembered the link on Decor8's blog. 

I really loved the store. My husband thought everything was precious in a good way.

I purchased three items from the store. 

Fuzzy Town makes awesome handmade goods. I bought a little mushroom person, and a little bunny.

I also bought the Redwood Datebook by Jill Bliss.

Mosser Glass Cake Plates

Just got back from a trip to San Francisco, and I saw these Mosser Glass Cake Plates at a Patisserie in the Ferry Building called, "Miette". What a lovely store!

They also sold home goods, and I loved the Mosser Glass Cake Plates and Domes. They came in green, pink and white milk colors.

Photos Going Up The Stairs

My sister-in-law Jodi has photos going up the stairs in her home, and I really love that.

I have never been the type to display photos in my house of my family and friends, but maybe it's a good idea...remember those who care a little.

I love the idea of a comfortable sofa as a chair in the dining room. I hate regular chairs that aren't comfy.

Kate Madison French Country Farm Table

I covet this, but it's a bit expenseive for my budget right now...do I wait, and buy what I really want? Try to have it made? Such a really big dilemma ;) I also like the round table as well...

Buffets from Ikea - I like this

I could paint the brown one white or lt. grey...and put better pulls on it...hmmm...the other idea I had was to get a low buffet, and then put shelves above it with shelf separators from Anthropologie.

Ikea's Leksvik Shoe Rack

My husband and I had this in our old apartment. I want to have a shoe rack/bench for when we come in...hmmm...I may get it and paint it white.

Crate and Barrel Delfina Covered Jars

I like these Delfina Jars from Crate & Barrel. I'm not sure what I'd put in them -- they are possibly a little too decorative...but they are very pretty.

Tin Signs

I found a company at Anthropologie that makes tin signs made by Mummert.

I would love one that says, "Cafe," and the below, "Washroom."

Anthropologie is Wondrous

Usually I'm not a big fan of chain stores, but Anthropologie rocks my world. I get really excited in there...not for their clothes, but for their expensive home goods.

I made a list of what I really love:
1. French tile coaster for $3.95 to use some as tiles for the bottom of the door
2. Green-ish glasses that say milk
3. I Godinger & Co. - Tribeca - large pitcher for flowers
4. Hooks that are white or yellow for kitchen for aprons, measuring cups, etc.
5. Tin signs - cafe
6. Latte cups in pink, yellow, white, and a giant latte cup in yellow
7. Hooks for walls - all different ones, and glass knobs for new console
8. Napkins - yellow
9. Yellow and aqua biscuit cups
10. Typhoon bread box
11. Blue & white plants for plate holder
12. Mummert vintage signs
13. Red outdoor mat $48.00
14. Cake plate
15. Glass candle sticks.

Now I feel like a complete glutton...
